Day 1 & 2: Cairo, Egypt

You are met on arrival and escorted to your luxury accommodations with a pyramid-view room. On Day 2, awake to the sunrise showcasing one of the Seven Wonders of the World. Tour the pyramids’ funeral chambers, the iconic Sphinx, the Solar Boat Museum, Memphis, and Sakkara—site of the Step pyramid. Later, explore the famous Khan el-Khalili bazaar with your private guide.
Day 3: Aswan
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Your local guide will escort you to the worldrenowned Egyptian Museum which includes the remarkable Tutankhamun collection and the Mummies Room. Also visit the Citadel, one of the world’s greatest monuments to medieval warfare. In the afternoon, visit the Mosque of Muhammad Ali Pasha, also known as the Alabaster Mosque because of the extensive use of the translucent materialthroughout its interiors. Next, fly to Aswan and settle into your hotel.
Day 4 – 6: Abu Simbel & Nile Cruise

On Day 4, fly from Aswan to see the remarkable monuments at Abu Simbel and enjoy a felucca cruise to visit Lord Kitchener’s beautiful Botanical Garden. This afternoon, board the luxurious Sonesta St. George I and settle into your Presidential Suite. Sail to Kom Ombo, then to Edfu, for a visit to the Temple of Horus, considered the best preserved temple in Egypt. Next, visit Esna and the remains of an ancient temple dedicated to the Egyptian god, Khnum. Visit the sprawling Temple of Karnak, the largest temple complex ever built, and the magnificent Temple of Luxor.
Day 7 & 8Luxor, Cairo & Depart for Home
Meals: 2 Breakfast and 1 Lunch
Accommodation: Four Seasons Hotel Cairo at Nile Plaza
After breakfast aboard the ship, disembark and visit the Valley of the Kings and Queens and the tomb of King Tutankhamun. Next, fly back to Cairo. The evening is yours to explore at leisure. On Day 8 you will be transferred to the airport for your flight home or on to your next destination.
