Our history

Our six years of hard work, rigorous marketing, and dedicated service to our clients, has seen us achieving much growth and have turned, in a short time, into one of the leading Tour Operator in Uganda, and competing favorably with other tour and travel agencies in the East African region and beyond.

In 2017, we invested in transportation and bought our first state of the art 4x4 tour vehicles for ease of movement and provision of comfort to our guests as they enjoyed the mesmerizing beauty of Uganda’s fauna and flora, and in the same year, we became a formidable Tour Operator, DMC, and Transport provider, with six staff employed full time. In 2018, we participated for the first time in the UTB Source of the Nile Tour Expo and the and since then, we have participated every year. We made our record sales in the year 2019 providing travel agency (air ticketing, insurance) and bookings to guests and corporate staff traveling for vacations to Uganda and across the East African region, which saw a triple- digit growth on our income and turnover.

We have been very strong on all segments and started to invest in technology and digitization of our company processes and structures. Our source market clients increased tremendously; with clients mostly from Europe, Asia, USA and Canada and our business borders extended beyond Uganda to encompass the East African region (Rwanda, Kenya, Tanzania, as we continued to provide first class services to our clients in safari, adventure, guided tours, travel excursions, charter flights handling, and sight-seeing.

Our deliberate and strategic investment in networking, consistency of participation in tour and travel expos, conferences, forums and annual meetings, digitization, transport, and logistics allowed us to skyrocket the number of employees and turnover. By 2019, we had a clear vision and mission about what we stand for, and since then, we have achieved spectacular results, with our thinking moving beyond being a tourism industry regional player, into the future by thinking of sustainability. To realize this, we allowed ourselves to undergo deep reorganization, deliberating and putting in place our 10-year development plan. Therefore, our years of existence have seen us undergo positive evolution, re-branding, and reorganization, becoming a certified travel company in Uganda, known for excellent, loyal, and transparent service to our clients. Our future is therefore premised on people and communities in and around our areas of operation through supporting and engaging them, to secure growth and our brand future business.

With the above background, we have continued to build our business because of our specialization and our relationships, focused on creating unique and custom itineraries built around our clients’ needs, desires, and wishes, as we take the time to listen to their unique requests and endeavor to bring them to reality, utilizing our partnerships and knowledge from around the world.
