"The trip was well laid out. Tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint is some of our travel documents that were sent out were not in English. If your sending documents out correspondence should be in both the native language and the language of the people the correspondence to. Other than that a great first time experience."

"Feels a bit double writing this review. On the one hand, it was a nice trip with good lodges and good food, on the other hand, the guide was not good (way too present, poor condition - we constantly had to wait) and - worst- they gave us very poor sleeping bags (too small, too cold and not breathable which made the sleeping bag damp/wet). We've indicated this several times to the organization, but little was done. What I liked is that the owner was open to our feedback. Also, the feedback is that they can do better to prevent the porter from carrying unnecessary kilos. Because of this, I give them the benefit of the doubt; 3 instead of 2 stars."

"Me tocó llegar Justo cuando exploto todo el tema del coronavirus! Fui la última extranjera que esta agencia recibió ya que cerraron fronteras en la India!... la verdad es que súper bien todo, me ayudaron muchísimo y resolvieron problemas que fueron saliendo durante el trayecto como el cierre de puntos de interés, museos, restaurantes, etc! Los guías que tuve increíble, hablaban muy bien español e inglés... Mohsin, el conductor que tuve por mayor tiempo manejaba muy bien y fue muy amable! I had to arrive just when the whole coronavirus thing exploded! I was the last foreigner this agency received as they closed borders in India!... the truth is that super good everything, they helped me a lot and solved problems that were leaving during the journey such as closing points of interest, museums, restaurants, Etc! The guides I had amazing, spoke very well Spanish and English... Mohsin, the driver I had for the longest time drove very well and was very friendly! "I've just returned from my trip to China, a week ago. I've seen many-many interesting places of Guangdong and Guangxi provinces. But most of all i liked my 2-days trip to Longshen villages with my guide Frank from chinahighlights. The day before our trip has started, in Guilin, Frank met me in hotel and told about our journey. Next 2 days we visited traditional ancient chinese villages (the biggest from them are Ping'an and Dazhai), walking around them, saw the rice-terraces landscape (it was really unbelievable). Also we had a hiking between villages, and stayed at night at ZhongLiu village. I haven't seen any tourists in this village, even chinese tourists. It was fantastic cause we've seen real chinese life of local people, including, for example, planting vegetables, collecting tea). Very quiet, fresh air, natural food. Yes, in this village almost no shops, no souvenirs, but you dont need them. All around you a hundred times better. I advice all, who wants to see real chinese life, visit this place, especially this village, stay at night there. Thanks very much to my guide Frank and chinahighlights for this trip!"

"An excellent trip. Everything went smoothly from booking to getting to the airport the final day. Our guide Gaia was super positive, encouraging and accommodating. Hotel gave a genuine Italian feel. Loved being in a quiet village in mountains. Bus drivers were excellent drivers and buses comfortable. I would classify the walks as hiking rather than walking but still doable. Walking poles with rubber tips a must! Lots of steps but outstanding views, vistas and greenery. One of my most memorable trips!"
