"Overall pretty decent tours and guides but an epic failure on planning. They didn’t book 2 of of our 5 in country flights and I had to chase them multiple times to get these booked. They also missed an express visa in Cambodia and I got a random rebate with no explanation or apology. I expected some sort of contact on return but tempo weeks home and they are totally disinterested which is amazing at 435k. Not looking at this Mickey Mouse company again."
