Accommodations in the hotels and lodges are rooms with two beds and private bath or shower. A limited number of single rooms are available. The spacious guest rooms are air-conditioned and have cable TV. Day 7: Panama Inter Continental Miramar Panama The modern Inter Continental Miramar hotel is located in Panama City in the middle of Panama Bay. Panoramic water and city views abound. A short stroll from the hotel takes you to the scenic walkway on Panama Bay.
